Do I have a chance of getting into Georgetown?

Hi I am currently a Sopre in high school and would love to go to Georgetown. Right now my unweighted academic GPA is a 3.87 and weighted is 4.67. I have not taken the SAT or ACT but can safely say that I would get around a 2200 on the SAT. By the time I am a senior i will have served in Student Council for 4 years and mostly likely President my senior year. I will have been Presdient of SADD (Students Against Destructive Decisions) for 4 years. Competed in track and cross country at the varsity level for two years each. I volunteer by helping mentally disabled kids play soccer and referee soccer. I am a member of CSF. Is this enough?
