i broke my ankle last week and will be in a cast for 5 more weeks. Not woring out is just not an option for me, I have been doing upper body. Im sure excercises where im lying down with my feet in the air are ok like benching etc. Just wonering is it ok to kneel in the broken ankle leg? As in when doing curls military press etc, the injurey ankle would not be weight bearing but out behind me and my good leg on the ground. I hope someone can advise me as i do not want to hamper my recouvery. Thanks
