Why "evolutionist" scientist Do NOT Offer Any Scientific REPLIES to the EVOLUTION DECEIT Book’s Arguments?

A book from an Islamic country, the country with the highest belief in creationism and Intelligent Design (US Is nuumber two) does not suprise me. The fact that it has a big following in a country like that does not suprise me. In fact, reading through the first chapter I can propose numerous arugements to it myself. I'm not suprised by the first chapters defense of Islam and god either.
