I am in my second year in college and still having issues finding a group of friends?

The school I attend is a small private college and I am in my second year. I am having a hard time making friends and finding my niche of people that I hang out with. I live by myself, but I always have my door open so people can say hi. I am also in the most popular major on campus and I am also involved on campus with dance team and many other activities. I usually hang out with my boyfriend. On campus there is not anyone that I really get along with and I often eat lunch alone. A lot of the people here are very into the party/drinking scene which I am not into. I like to watch movies and have in other ways substance free. I often feel lonely so I do not know what to do. Help?
