When i switch my acer zg5 (aoa150) on, it boots, and just freezes on the blue acer startup! (original OS)?

it was working fine before, and suddenly, it just did this! I've looked at some possible bios updates, but i can't fathom how to create a bootable USB! thanks for your answers!
