Why is it when you don't tip a pizza delivery man they're all like "grumble grumble" and get all mad and junk?

nd then when you tip them they're all happy and talking about have a nice day and chit chatting and junk. It's like wth I don't wanna tip sometimes I'm a kid and like I just wanna eat the pizza no chit chatting please only pizza
