How to deal with this pregnancy better?

This is an unplanned thing and it's 7 weeks so far and I am just not happy. I feel like I must go through with it as I am in my mid thirties and it would be stupid and painful not to. But I know nothing about babies, don't want to deal with 9 months of pregnancy and the father isn't really impresssing me much either. Oh yeah, and to top it off, we're really poor. I have to get public health care. Am I the only person like this? Will it be OK?
