If you hold a racist up like Rush Limbaugh are you also a racist?

There is no doubt that rush Limbaugh is a racist all you have to do is listen to his comments: "Halfrican American regarding Halle Berry, Why Democrats want to fight in Darfur, because the color of their skin, etc etc. In this day and age there is no excuse for this type of behavior. Are the Republicans a party of racists?
