Alpha Facvtor's sizing is totally different than GK and depending on your body type long in the girth or shorter that is what your deciding factor would probably be in the sdult sizing. Take your measurements and look up your size on GK's size chart, that is the best way to make sure you have the fit you want. I hope you find what you need!
