How common are positive test due to something non-pregnancy related?

I just found out I'm pregnant with my third. Completely unplanned, I am just completely floored by this.. I don't know why. As stupid as it sounds I feel like it is more likely something else is wrong with me. How can you tell the difference before you go to the dr. is there a way? I just feel so confused
