Does anyone know any good black hairstylist in richmond,va?

I recently moved to Richmond from Philly and I'm looking for a good hair stylist who not only specializes in African American hair styling, but healthy hair and growth. also, i don't get perms anymore and i don't wear weaves(usually get press and curl,it's the only hairstyle i know of without getting perms or weave,if you know of any other ones please do share!!)and having trouble finding someone who can do my hair good without a perm.(my hair type is thick and curly like Mona on show half and half)
