HOW WOULD YOU TELL YOUR EX YOU HAD AN STD...?

how can i tell him if i havent talked to him in 2 months. hes still mad and obv doesnt want to talk to me bc i told him never to talk to me again. we fought a good bit but also made eachother happy. should i txt him and tell him i need to talk to him in person, leave a vm that i need to talk in person. or tell his brother to have him contact me if he doesnt respond?(theres a good chance he wont respond to me)
