I'm sixteen and might be pregnant. I'm panicked, please help.?

it's been a little over six weeks since I've last had with my, now, ex-boyfriend, and haven't had a period in that time. I'm going to take a home test to see if I should go to the doctor for more accurate results. I need advice on recognizable symptoms for my time-frame, The most accurate test, by experience, and anything else that would help me. I'm freaking out and haven't told even my best friend that there is a possibility of it. Anything, as far as, like, advice or answers or whatever, would be GREATLY appreciated. THANKYOU so much.
