Which of these phones has the best keyboard?

The phones I am considering are: Droid 2, Droid X, and the Brigade. I like all of the features for each phone equally and I know that I would need a data plan with the Droids. The only thing(s) I want to know are How do the keyboards compare? Also last time I was at a store the person their said that the phones with google system like the Droids are always connected and using internet, so with the 150mb plan, would I be going over even if I don't use it for its internet features much?
