Is anyone having weird dreams with alteril?

I would definitely stop taking them, I have heard negative things about the company who makes Alteril and they don't list the complete ingredient list so that lets me know that all the ingredients are not all natural. Though it may work for some people if you feel like you should stop or that it has a negative effect on you then you should stop and maybe try some other type of sleep aids. I've heard that Ambesleep is good I haven't tried it myself but you can get that from amazon.com. Try going to the doctor and see what your doctor suggest. Good Luck!!
