What would be a good mutant name for someone who can manipulate fear?

When I looked for synonyms for terror, the word scourge came up. Scourge actually means tormentor, but the image of some small, seemingly harmless nobody going by the name Scourge and living up to that name appeals to me. The geek who can make you scared like the end of the world.
